Need an extra pair of hands? Willing to mentor a student-intern? Invested in workforce development? Get the help you need, support a student's development, and strengthen your workforce in partnership with the Internship Program at College of DuPage.
How to Post Positions
To post an internship, you will need to register with
College Central Network, COD's Electronic Job Board. All internship positions should be posted here.
Next Steps
COD students interested in internships or co-ops (multiple terms, alternating school/work) will be oriented to ensure that work-based learning opportunities and responsibilities are understood.
Interested students will identify themselves as candidates and contact you directly, according to the instructions you provide. When you fill a position, please contact Sara Kirby at
kirbys371@cod.edu. COD students who meet course prerequisites have the opportunity to enroll for academic credit, which creates a learning partnership involving faculty, employer and student. The paperwork required of the employer is minimal and is far outweighed by increased student commitment and faculty support.
