The French Country Cooking trip will take place from July 25 to 31, 2010.
This three-credit course features classroom work as well as the week-long trip to France. Stay at a 19th century country house in the Roannaise region while learning to prepare French specialties. Visit a local vineyard, earthenware producer, chocolatier, local markets and restaurants.
