Join students from College of DuPage's International Cuisine and Service and Sales classes as they prepare and serve dinners this fall that celebrate cuisine from around the world.
Seatings will be held at 7 p.m. in the Escoffier Dining Room, located in the Student Resource Center, Room 1484. The schedule will be as follows: Tuesday, Oct. 13, Octoberfest; Tuesday, Nov. 3, Spain; Tuesday, Nov. 17, Middle Eastern; and Tuesday, Dec. 8, each course reflecting a different country.
The Escoffier Dining Room is a unique classroom where students gain real-world experience in a professionally run restaurant under the guidance of College of DuPage faculty.
